Training & Skills Development Supports
Training is an essential component in the management and development of any small business. In today's changing business environment, it is important for owner/managers and key staff to keep up with current technological and business demands and to maintain the skills necessary to operate profitably and efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
The Cork County & City Enterprise Boards aim to assist owner/managers and small businesses to develop the skills necessary to compete in an increasingly consumer driven global market. The Board provides a broad range of training courses, programmes and seminars for entrepreneurs with a business idea and for owner/managers in start-up and existing businesses.
The Board's varied range of training is designed to meet the needs of the different stages involved in the development and growth of a small business. The courses and programmes provided by the Board are delivered by qualified professional trainers. Very often our courses are provided both in a group training environment and on site by way of one to one mentoring so you can avail of specific advice for your own situation.
