All of the Boards run a vast array of training courses aimed at those with a business idea or those looking to develop new skills to assist them to manage their business more effectively.

The range of courses includes Small Business Management Courses, Management & Business Development Training, courses on online trading and web site optimisation, Financial Management and Sales & Marketing Courses. In addition to this there is a range of Networking Events to aid contact development.

The South Cork and Cork City Enterprise Boards run joint training initiatives from time to time. Programmes such as Computerised Accounts and Ideas Generation among others have been run jointly by the Boards and offered to clients in both areas.
