Financial Supports

The Board can consider applications for financial assistance from new start-up or expanding businesses involved in manufacturing, internationally traded services, or potential for international trade, full time childcare facilities, or innovative local service businesses operating within our catchment area of Cork County & City. The Board can consider project applications that fall within those and other eligibility criteria for the following financial assistance packages.

• Financial Assistance / Refundable Aid
  Up to a maximum of 50% of the cost of fixed assets, up to a maximum amount of €75,000.
• Employment Grants
  Up to €7,500 per new full time job created involved in manufacturing, processing or internationally traded services businesses can be considered up to a maximum of ten new positions.
• Feasibility Study Grants
  Up to 50% of the cost of undertaking a feasibility study on an innovative new product or service may be considered subject to a maximum of €5,100.
• Equity Packages
  Up to €75,000 may be invested in high potential companies in the form of cumulative redeemable preference share holding.
